Cardinal District Twilight Camp: June 23-26, 2022
Cardinal District will be hosting a “Weird Science” Twilight Camp from June 23-26 at Optimist Farm in Apex. Camp will last from 5:00 p.m. through 8:30 p.m. each day, with check-in and drop-off beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Cardinal District Pinewood Derby – April 2, 2022
The 2022 Cardinal District Pinewood Derby represents the best cars from each of the Cub Scout Packs that make up our district. The derby will take place on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at St. Michael Catholic Church, in Cary.
Cardinal District Recognition Event – February 17, 2022
Recipients of the District Award of Merit, Distinguished Leadership Citations, Rookie of the Year, Scouting Spirit, W. E. Medlin Award, and Pioneering in Scouting award will be recognized.
Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) – March 11-12, 2022
BALOO stands for Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation. It is designed to introduce Cub Scout Leaders to Pack overnight camping. This is an energetic training that will cover everything you need to know to plan and run a Pack overnighter.
