New US Environmental Protection Agency Award

Updates to Venturing BSA
The National Venturing Committee is pleased to announce that effective immediately the Venturing, Discovery, Pathfinder and Summit awards will be referred to as Venturing ranks to improve consistency among the different programs within Scouting.
Occoneechee Council Merit Badge Saturday
Don’t miss this chance to earn a merit badge at Camp Durant on Saturday 10 October. In addition to eight merit badges being offered there will also be an ATV training course and BSA Pistol Shooting.
Bobcat Trail for First Time Cub Scouts and Their Families
On Saturday 26 September the Council will be offering a chance for new Cub Scouts to earn the Bobcat and for the parents to learn about Cub Scouting with Cub Scouting 101.
